Hey -- nice change in the scale this morning! I had a really light dinner last night. Not much of a workout this AM -- just took the dog on a 20 minute walk.

89.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 5.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
