Having an unreasonably difficult time losing weight.

Good workout this morning. Did a 1 hour weight-lifting / calisthenics class. Very tired now.
90.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

When you lift weights, you may change your body composition, so it's important to look at your fat loss (not just the scale). Since muscle is more dense than fat, the scale may go up or stay the same, but your size will go down. It's much better to weigh a little more and be fit and healthy than lighter on the scale with too much fat. You are doing great.
