So I have been struggling with watching my points.. My family will not eat veggies and will only eat certain meals. I feel like I make two meals every night. So I am going to stop doing that and I am going to just watch my portion sizes through out the day without really counting points and see if I can lose weight doing that. I did this the last week and it seems to be working. only time will tell.
87.5 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 21.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.4 kg a Week

Being the only vegetarian in my home, I always have to fix two different meals. I have learned that the non-meat things that my family eat are not exactly low point items - mac & cheese, potatoes, etc. And I don't know when to quit eating a bowl of mashed potatoes...So I end up cooking something completely seperate for myself. Although most of the time I won't eat a complete "meal". I might have a Lean Cuisine, Lean Gourmet, WW meal, with a vegetable side, or a can of progresso soup with some 35 calorie bread. Good luck :)
