Being the only vegetarian in my home, I always have to fix two different meals. I have learned that the non-meat things that my family eat are not exactly low point items - mac & cheese, potatoes, etc. And I don't know when to quit eating a bowl of mashed potatoes...So I end up cooking something completely seperate for myself. Although most of the time I won't eat a complete "meal". I might have a Lean Cuisine, Lean Gourmet, WW meal, with a vegetable side, or a can of progresso soup with some 35 calorie bread. Good luck :)
