Weekend in NY visiting my brother. Lots of exercise (walked a bunch!) and I managed to watch my diet too, but I'm still at the same weight. Did 45 minutes on the elliptical this morning.
90.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 6.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
