Two days in a row that the scale read this. I have to record it, because it hasn't moved in a LONG time!!!
56.2 kg Lost so far: 3.7 kg.    Still to go: 1.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

When you decide to put your mind to it, that scale will most certainly move. :-)

Sometimes the body needs to catch up. How are you doing on water? Drinking enough? Also, how's your sodium? Are you taking in a lot of salt? Just things to think about. Give yourself a big hug and count some of your blessings. Getting stressed about it won't help.

Just keep up the exercise and eating right. The ol body will kick in gear soon and you'll see some good results.
