I must really start to take care and follow correctly. My fibre has been to low a couple of days I was told. Also I have been doing better job with protein. Now I will do better with breakfast. I am great on weekend but during the week I keep grabbing the cold cereal. Will go back to Oatmeal and other grains.
Must have my green drink it does make me feel better for sure. Need to get my iron up too. Good heavens, one thing at a time.
64.4 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
