Not Losing but not worrying. Or trying not too. lol I am retaining water that I know, from swelling in hands. Drinking lots of water so must be the heat.
64.9 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
