Those peanuts, while keeping me below the carbs are definitely making me retain water. Note to self, do not buy anymore peanuts for a while.

ack. a few weeks ago, i bought a large jar with the plan of eating the serving size (1/3 cup) as a snack. i tended to eat them slower when measured, but then we went up north and i started refilling the cup more often. so 1/3 cup x 5 refills in one evening... my answer: unshelled peanuts. a bag is cheap, and it takes a long time to eat a small amount.
