Well last tuesday i was in a minor car accident. didnt phase me then i had started to do the WII and a bit of continues jogging but by this Monday i has seen the total effect of all of this Tuesday afternoon i went to the Doc unable to lift my arm found out i had jacked up the tendion in my arm now i cant do abs tape no elipitical and i have started to walk again and jog slow but getting back at it. :(
101.6 kg Lost so far: 23.6 kg.    Still to go: 10.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
