Hormones + Pizza + Tortilla Chips = weight gain! Back to the drawing board!
I think I am joining a gym this week--the same that my husband attends. I should get released from therapy this week, so I will need to do something...get started with the resistance machines there and their cardio equip. I checked it out today and started to form a plan...not there yet, but at least thinking the right direction.
