2nd day in a row at 157.5. Been UNDER 160.5 since Monday & have NOT bounced back up! Going dairy-free seems to be helping!!....along w/ the 100+ squats/day.
71.4 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 7.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
