I've REALLY 'fallen don on the job' these last 3-4 weeks about logging my food, keeping up on my daily 1-2 minute exercises throughout the day, etc. I'm going to TRY to get back to it starting RIGHT NOW, TODAY! I've been bouncing around the same 158.5 to 160.5 for the same 3-4+ weeks now & I'd LIKE to break through that & finally get DOWN & STAY down under 160 as a starter & then continue downward toward my goal of 154 (no longer "officially" overweight according to my BMI).
