I have not a clue how I had a good loss this week. I mean. I wasn't "crazy" with food--not the way I used to eat on a daily basis--but definitely not tracking...and eating lots of things that I do not usually eat.
It was a seriously stressful week...lots of activities and nights away from home...maybe I got some extra exercise? Who knows. It might bite me back next week!
