wow...went and worked out yesterday and surprised that I didn't gain any weight last week. I followed the diet pretty poorly, but i went grocery shopping yesterday so I'm hoping this week goes much better. I think it will...I hope it will anyway. I leave for Florida on Friday so I'm hoping to lose a few pounds before then. We'll see. Hope everyone is doing well and you all had a good weekend
