Good workout this morning. 45 minutes on the elliptical -- 600 calories burned. Also put up a fence post which ended up being a lot of work. Followed diet today fairly well. Yesterday was a slip on the diet. Had a business lunch at a mexican restaurnat. Ate too many chips.
88.9 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 5.0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
