What a difference getting weighed in the morning makes! I woke up, used the bathroom, showered and weighed in. This reflects my weight loss since the competition ended last month. That is about 5 lbs in 5 weeks. I wanted to hit a 1 lb a week goal and I am. I need to start adding exercise.
