Having a had time in the evenings not over eating. I cook for others and that makes it hard. No trouble during the day at work. I eat 3-4 small meals during the day usually totaling 800 calories. But at night.....I cant stop. Somehoe I lost a pound this week but I bet it comes back.

Sick of feeling fat! I struggle with weight even though I am in the gym several times a week. I lift weights and am strong but my gut keeps getting bigger. HELP!
