I have eatten eggs for breakfast(2). each with one slice of provolone
Lunch nothing * fluid ounces coffee and 8 fluid ounces coke diet.Dinner is fish talapia 2 pieces with two tablespoons mayo. Baked at 450 with lawry salt.
Large green salad. Delicious. 8 ou diet coke.

Started my diet back. Gave up for 21/2 months. Gained some weight back and then some. Sugar is my no. 1 problem. Cake, bread, rice, cookies, ice cream the real kind. Want 30 lbs off but would settle for 15 i am a blob. How much is the least water I wonder. Not great at drinking. 5 lbs was to little for 3 months of dieting. I think this time no red meat. No chicken fat. Less cheese, provolone.
HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope to be successful with more patience.
