I am 135lbs. I gained all this weight in 1 unhappy year. I have tried once to loose weight on atkins back in Feb. quit the end of April. This is a diet that i found discouraging because i only lost 5 lbs. Well once again I will try still hovering at 135 and hoping to be atleast 115 by November. Please tell me why it is so hard. Never gained weight in 55 years
