back to my off season weight! 2015 challenge starts today! 24 weeks out til my next competition and its time to build way more muscle!!

4 days after my competition. Gaining my water weight back after taking those Xpel pills last week, which is good. But i think my body and hormone levels are a little out of whack getting back to eating more "normal."

Trained for a bikini fitness competition in which I came in 2nd place! The day of competition I was 110.5lbs

I know need to get back into regular foods, eating a little more fat and carbs in my diet!
