Yes, I know. I have not been keeping up with my weight lately. It's just too hot to move and get the exercise I need. I still plan to loose the weight. I just have to rethink my stratagy. Don't give up on me. I haven't.

OK... Just finished my unexpected exercise walk. Had to take the bus to the train station and then walk 1/2 mile from train station to home. I am tired!! And the 90 degree temp didn't help. Couldn't see for the sweat running into my eyes. But I made it. And seriously, not as tired now as I was.
Going into kitchen now and fix a tall cold smoothie. This is fun!!!!

Hi guys,
Has not been a good week. Guess that's to be expected sometimes. Trying to get back into the swing of things. Just weighted in... 291. Have to give myself credit for that. Didn't think I lost anything. So Hurray for me!

I pigged the past 3 days. For shame! For shame! At least I admit it. Tuesday is payday and I will be grocery shopping this week and back on my home cooking. I am still in the game!!!
