Went to the docs recently... gotta say wow low carb really works. My blood pressure is 120 over 70...Seriously 120 over 70? I was like 160 (+/- 5 over 80-90 b4) I must say I really enjoyed telling them "not too bad for a fat guy huh" I will not have a full work up untill November but on the last series of tests my good cholesterol was great but my Bad was also high...and I was diagnosed as pre diabetic. I am very excited to have new workups :)(even though I have a severe needle phobia) Oh and a big P.S. here, since I have dropped the 65 lbs I also no longer need my CPAP! I can sleep mask free again!!!

Seems I am steady at 5Lbs a week. My water is up for some reason today at about 29% I usually run around 21% not sure why that is, maybe too much salt in my diet. Oh and it is summer so I do drink alot of fluids.

Today was a very good day ;) I scored some homemade kimchi from an old nieghbor it turns out they own a small korean food store and every now and then make some to sell. Sooo much better then store bought which is full of suger and msg. (I wont even touch that stuff) and if eaten moderately it is ok for Atkins and very good for u also.
