It actually rained this morning! For like 10 minutes then all the clouds ran away and left the humidity to compliment the heat lol. Still perhaps it is a sign that the monsoon season is comming early. I do love a good thunderstorm.

Sooo hot here in Az and it is only getting hotter...110+ today with tuesday & wednesday being in the 115+ range we may even see 120. Honestly I dont know that I'll be getting out much even to the gym. I hope I do but those temps are unbearable. It seriously may be time to move. I am becomeing very weary of these summers. :(

lol I just realized I dont ever have heart burn any more! before I started mt weight loss it was rare for a day to go buy without a major case of it. You should have seen my tums bill LOL. Anyway I doubt anybody reads this but me, Im not all that interesting but Its good to write it down anyway. Good job Mike, pats self on back.
