I am really trying to restrict my carb intake aside from fruit and veggies, but every so once in a while I crave a cheese and tomato sarmie. Then I discovered thís: 0 carb bread in a mug! Just an egg and a tablespoon of peanutbutter, 1:30 mins later - bread! I thought it would taste like peanutbutter, but it didn't.

I'm new to the community and I do enjoy reading the progress posts. I'm so happy to find that I'm not alone as an emotional eater. My goal is weigh under 63kg so that I can participate in Judo competitions for my weight class. The injuries from fighting with heavier opponents is just too much.
