menuju 2000 kalori. ini makan sharing di itung kasar uda dapet 1000 kalori, pizza nya dimakan kejunya aja rotinya engga, spagetti nya di makan 4 sendok mashed potato cuma bs masuk separo porsi, stroganoff nya saus nya dimakan secukupnya aja colek2

sarden kalengan aja lah sama sisa sop nya para unyil2 sayur nya di tumplekin aja jadi satu. trus dadarin telor 1 biji. buat lunch. tapi kok belom kenyang ya :D
