2 minggu hasil makan tanpa itung2 kalori (segala rupa masuk) no muscle training cuma walk at home aja beberapa kali
kadar lemak naek 0,6 % , massa otot turun 0,6kg, bb tetep ga naek ga turun
kesimpulan rajin2lah muscle/ strength training

lagi bingung guys.. cek di kalkulator bmr A TDEE aku 1700an di B 1500an sama kaya di FS, nah tadi ada mbak2 herblf yg pake timbangan itu keb kalori aku cuma 1338 🤔 aku jadi berpikir.. pantes selama ini ga turun2 apa makan nya masih diatas tdee yah?? 🤔 aku binun..
