My abdomin is so tender tody, lower and upper. It was cramping yesterday and then after I ate it was still a little tender. Today is is still tender. I think I should consider doing to the doctor but a) I don't want it to be that I'm just backed up or b) I don't want them to think it's my appendix and try to operate. All I know is I'm uncomfortable and not at all pleased...

Just because I'm proud of my pre-planning and the fact that approximately 2 weeks work of lunches cost me about $1 a day...
I made my next four lunches already. I picked up some frozen tilapia fillets (BOGO at Winn-Dixie) and cooked them in some lemon garlic sauce. I bought some individual brown and wild rice containers and I have left over veggies. This will be my lunch for the next four days. My lunch is already packed for tomorrow (and pretty much the next four days, lol).

So I finally got the new scale and it works, which is always a plus. I didn't get to work out yesterday. I was shopping for 3 hours yesterday so I just wasn't up for it after that. I should have gone on a walk or something but I still needed to go to my mom's. I know, excuses excuses. The good thing is that I did not eat like I had went to the gym so my decifits will still be good.
I went to church again this morning and then went to the gym afterwards. Before and during my lower abdominal area was cramping (TMI, almost like I needed to have a BM) but I didn't. My stomach wasn't feeling to hot either. I worked through it but when I got home I got something to eat right away and it seems to have helped. I looked at the last couple of days and it doesn't seem like I'm eating enough.
I'm having a little trouble trying to balance eating enough but not too much. I have not been hungry the last few days (and if I am I eat). I'm going to keep on keeping on but we'll see what happens.

Think I might need a new scale. I got on the scale this morning and it was the same exact weight from yesterday. Of course I did the "wtf" thing and stepped off, waited a few seconds, and got back on. It was two ounces down! So.. I stepped back off, waited a few, and got back on. I was down another 2 ounces! So I stepped off, waited a few, got back on. I was up 3 ounces! I don't think it is possible to fluctuate from one minute to the next as I hadn't ate or drank anything and had already used the restroom. I'm not really sure what to think about that.
Yesterday I calculated my starting and current BMI. Starting was 30.4 (Obese) and current is 28.6 (overweight). I noticed this morning that my cheekbones are becoming more defined. The roll under my armpit has flattened out.
So, while I'm not sure what the scale is doing, I'm confident that I am still making real changes.
