I've decided that since I've gone a whole month at this weight, I'll log it in. I didn't want to show a gain...but I will. I guess I have hit a major plateau.

My SCALE broke and I went out and bought another one. Well, I'm not very happy because it weighed me heavier then I my other scale. I've decided to simply wait till I reach my last recorded weight before recording again. It shouldn't take very long since it's only about 3 lbs. difference. But I'm very frustrated now...because I was eating on average around 80% of my RDI intake for the last 3 weeks.
Sorry to be "whining" but sometimes a weight loss journey is just completely frustrating and unexplainable.
