Work is definitely bad for me, everytime I start a fulltime job, I gain weight. Need to learn to reduce stress and keep the activity level up.
Need to up my protein over carbs. Feeling pretty good so far about following this. If I can just keep up the momemtum and desire to deny myself all my favorite things whenever I have the slightest urge.

well I MADE IT TO THE END OF DAY WITH CALORIES TO SPARE and I think Im honestly right at my calorie amount. I upped my exercise just a little by doing the stairs 3X/5 MINS EACH and I have according to the exercise log used more calories than I took in. so looks good today.
bought a new digital scale so I will have to adjust the weights because the other scale was definitely low.

ughh! evenings are the hardest and from what I've seen of tracking how I eat now, with trying to be more careful, I've blown my calories by lunch. Of course I will have avoid those cookies and chips and the stash in the desk draw will have to go home for dad and the girls.
Okay, I just did the stairs 4 full flights(3 floors)up(& down)about 5 mins total. definitely gets my heart rate up, body temperature up, and gets me breathing. Not sure I could afford to do more time at once since I do have to work.

sunday 11/14/1o
yesterday:
breakfast fruit some strawberries, grapes, pineapple, half banana:
about a cup of trailmix with nuts raisins, cranraisins, and yes choclt about 10z of diet coke. was at karate so went to giant eagle.
lunch: ?
snack: a cookie again
Dinner: was at mall so @2 cups bourbon chicken & green beans with Ali. bottle of water
Bedtime: hand ful 1/4 cup cinnamon almonds, one of those white chock chip cookies Monica brought
today. awaking: @9:am small handful cinnamon almonds, one of those damn good cookies
lunch: chili dog
snack: another damn cookie z& baked lays (too many)
dinner: turkey breast 1/4 of small with 2-3 tbsp gravy, broccoli (cup), 3-4 apple slices, grapes, pineapple & 2or 3 slices garlic bread & 3 rootbeers stupid
worked all weekend on house & yard: leaves, garage basement kitchen cleaning laundry etc.
weighed my self on house scale which is never the same as doctors.
friday evening it was 165
tonight it was 163

Friday 11/12/10
Breakfast: pineapple chunks, grapes, honeydew mellon chunks aprox. 5-6 of each
Lunch: whole Greek wrap from WPOD, bag chips (yeah I know),
2 cans diet coke (yeah I know)
Work: cup of tea,1 bottle water, NO CANDY - NO SNACKS
Bedtime: 3 of Monica's cookies (stupid)
Activity: Work/Stairwell: 3 floors, 2 sets of stairs between each floor of 10 stairs each. Always start on 2nd floor go up first down to bottom to check mail and up to second floor. that is 1 set or flight.
so far did the stairwell at work 2 times: first time did 4 full flights, breathing hard at end and some sweat
2nd time did 2 full sets quick.
