Weekends and trips for the Holidays are going to be bad.
I have this need to munch when driving for long hours and I already blew this past weekend.
It is nice to have the new scale to at least see those 10ths of a pound. Plus the numbers are large enough to read. My old scale wasn't off by as much as I had thought.
I feel like I am filled up quicker although it seems too soon for my stomach to have shrunk. I am trying to drink more water.
I do find that it is possible to find items in restaurants that are close to my calorie needs I need to be careful what I'm snacking on between meals because I do need something to snack on to avoid the low blood sugar cravings.

blew my calorie count: by not being able to eat until late. went to Monicas to pick up chicken pot pie she made (it was awesome, best crust ever) while there I had a slice of her quick bread, probably way too many calories. then had 2 helpings of pot pie and some challah bread. The only thing that saved me was My breakfast & lunch were really low calorie, also high in protein so that was good. hardest thing about this is estimating how many servings i've had since serving sizes vary so much. like the challah bread with 20 servings 1.1oz in the bread I could have been low.

Got new digital scale with 10ths, I adjusted previous weights to reflect the 1-2 lb difference in the scales
Parking in downstairs parking lot so that I have extra stairs to do everyday and so that I can get some stairs in first thing in morning so I get more time during the day. did 10 mins this morning and was sweaty and body temp up for at least 20-30 mins afterwards. doing the stairs at a fairly brisk walk.
