I put on half pound and keto test was negative.. could it be the sugar in my liquid B vitamin, or the NUNN one up! or NUNN eletrolytes or Emergency C the only thing new to my diet last week was Vitamins... I stated using coconut oil, a little butter cant think of any other sugar content...oh and I used Zquill twice to help me sleep ...
however, am not discouraged, am still motivated...to continue.

Positive: I finished putting together my bike :) tested it out as well...
Negative: am down with the flu :(

I am looking forward to start exercising next week....4 weeks into my No starch No sugar diet. I went and bought myself an orbitrex elite exercise equipment so I can use it in the comfort of my home.
just got to figure out how to put it together first..loving the challenge so far :)

I am elated today because am on my 4th week of no starch no sugar diet and have lost 12lbs so far!!
This new "lifestyle changes" so far has been challenging yet exhilarating for me. I enjoyed preparing the new menus daily though at first it was time consuming but after incorporating my time management skills from catering school, I was able to prep my meals ahead of time so that cuts my time in the kitchen to a half less in the mornings.
I am so motivated to continue until I have reached my goal of loosing 61 lbs.
I want to encourage you all "Do Not QUIT" on you! you may stumble, you may fall, but get right back up and continue!
