Bouncing around.... Getting tired of this. Haven't been able to go to the gym and workout, so that is not helping. Starting strong today with strict food, and exercise, even if it means just walking the parks nightly. I have only 2 weeks left in the semester. That means 2 seminars, 2 papers and 1 final exam left, all which are online. I have to do a paper tonight (Due tomorrow), so walking may happen late. I will get it in. I will get it done. This weight will come off.

I'll be up tomorrow..... I had spaghetti dinner tonight and had twice the calories I should have for dinner. Might have to go for a run/walk tonight if the weather holds up or some time at the gym. Why do I do this to myself? I know my triggers, but I still eat them.... I don't know why. It tasted so good, but I will be paying for it for a few days now. Urgh!!!!

Hello Everyone,
Today is a new day and I am getting geared up to sit on my rump today and write paper after paper today. I want to go riding, but there is no one to watch Johnathon for me. That is what sucks about my hubby working every other weekend and I work M-F. Oh well, maybe a bike ride with Johnathon later is in order, if it clears up. It is pretty gloomy outside right now.
Yesterday, I made the pizza casserole. It was so yummy, but I think I over ate and I am now up .8 on the scale. Note to self....pasta is not your friend and neither is ground beef. and hubby wanted ice cream, and guess who went and got it. Moment of weakness. Oh well, I will be back to it today.... my normal diet and routine.

Holy Cow!!!! That is quite a loss overnight..... I am so proud of myself. I got back on track and dedicated again! Feels good to be back on a schedule and routine. Adding in exercise is helping as well. Well I am keeping up the good work and my goal is to keep moving and going and trying.

Back down. Hopefully adding the exercise is going to help. I think I have reached the point were I have to exercise now.
