Hey everyone!!!!

I am so sorry I haven't been on to post. Life was hectic. I am proud to say. I tracked everyday in April and I believe March as well. It is so ingrained in me know to log my food. I came down again! Yea! 17 pounds since March 4th, 2013! My pants are all too big for me now. My size 14s from Old Navy are fitting, but only with a belt. My 14s without stretch in them fit like a glove. My work pants are very loose. My clothing is fitting so much better and my cycling clothing looks so good on me! I tried some of my tight cycling jerseys on and they fit beautifully!

Tommorrow, I attempt my 2nd metric century! 100 km or 62 miles for us American folks. And I do that on a road bike. She is my little red wonder. An XS Specialized Dolce Sport! She is primed and ready to go!

I will probably gain weight this weekend from the ride, as your muscles will hold water for about 3-4 days after these long rides. But, it should drop off quickly and I should have a good loss on or about Thursday! I can't wait for that..... I am so close to the 160s!!!! Only 1.8 pounds away.

Stay the same for another day! That is a victory for me! I am hopeful that this weekend will be a weight loss weekend instead of the yo-yo I usually do. My goal is to be to 170 by mid-may (about 3 weeks away). Then only 5 pounds to my first mini goal. I am proud. I have to belt my size 14 old navy jeans. I still have a brand new pair from Fashion Bug that are a little snug, so I have jeans to go into. I need some shorts for the summer, but I can make some last from last year with the help of a belt. My sister is giving me some new shorts as well from last year that no longer fit her. My capris look amazing on me. I am just so happy and overjoyed at the the thought of clothing looking good on me. I also found a love of sundresses and dresses in general.

BTW: I am getting smaller everywhere by my boobs. My husband is not complaining though.

Stayed the same today! That is awesome. I am hoping for another loss tomorrow morning, now to stay strong and stay on track. The weekends are hard for me, but I will make it work and I will succeed. I am done with my Masters work for the semester and I will now not be going back till the fall now, because they canceled my last class. I am working with my advisor to figure out what to do and how I can graduate the quickest.

Oh, I did the math. Since March 4, 2013, I have lost 14.8 pounds. That is an average of over 2 pounds a week (7 weeks). Since I started this journey, it has been over 30 pounds lost. This journey to lose the weight and regain my life started in August 2011. I take weight pictures this week. I hope they look good. They should, I have changed a dress size and pant size this past 2 weeks.
