So I've been on and off again since getting back from Disney. Part of the issue is we haven't gone on a real shopping trip so snacks have been kind of hard, but now we found lots of yummy goldfish crackers that are all 150 for like 55 of them, which is working. I'm back on track, but last night my Wii EA Active 2 armband stopped working right at the beginning of my workout. So I freaked out a bit, cried a bit, then put in EA More Active and kicked my own ass for 43 minutes and for 264 calories. Nice. It'll do until I can figure out how to fix that armband or get a replacement... I hope I don't have to buy an entirely new copy of the game... it's not cheap yet...

Anyway I"ll be recording today and stuff and trying to use this more. It was also my birthday last weekend so I've made it over a year since starting this and I'm still under my goal weight, (Again this might not be my actual weight right now, I've been slacking and we ate LOTS of birthday cake for my birthday... not good)... so this week is pumping up and kicking ass and working out.

So I want to get back on the diet track and back on the exercise track but it's been tough. I was going to start yesterday, but my excuse became that my shoulder was bothering me (and they both still are, I have a big knot in my muscle behind my right shoulder blade and I think it's from sleeping weird...) and then my bf fell asleep on the sofa, and I workout in the living room so...

Not to mention we've been eating dinner at like 10pm lately and it's all messed up (we were eating late being at Disney for a week, but we were also active like 12+ hours a day... I miss the exercise you get at those parks!)

So, I want to work out tomorrow and make sure we eat our dinner at a NORMAL time so I can have time to digest and workout... hopefully 2 things won't occur tonight... 1) I don't sleep weird on my shoulder again... 2) my rooster doesn't crow all night...

(Yes, my rooster has been crowing all night and keeping me awake the last few nights, I don't know why, hopefully he'll chill out and be quiet... ugh.)
