Tonight a few friends are going to a Mexican restaurant. i used to be afraid of going out and being tempted. This time I'm not. I am going to order a table side of guacamole with a side order of veggies to dip. I am soooo excited!

I could have done so much better last week. I did loose .5lbs though.. But the good thing is this is a NEW week! I am going to focus on my cuts and gains, so this means I will be following a new eating plan. I am so excited!

Update from yesterdays leg day. I met my goal and I burned 301 calories! This morning it was arm day, and tonight I am going to take it easy and do some cardio.

Tonight is leg day. I'm going ALL in! I am hoping that I can burn at least 300 calories. The key is burning more calories than you take in.....
