Truth! There are no shortcuts when it comes to a healthy lifestyle and fitness. This journey is not easy and to be honest the challenging part of this journey is not the exercising and strict diet plan....it's living in a world where people don't understand your life style.

Yesterday was not much of a challenge. I did have table-side guacamole with celery. I did give into 5 tortilla chips. All in all I conquered a fear. I just wish that my company was more supportive, and not made such a big deal over what I was eating and why....Oh well...life goes on!
