I got a small drop today and finally broke into the 120's(barely), so I'm glad about that. For some reason I woke up at a quarter to four and never got back to sleep. BLAHHH! I think I'm going to take a nap.
I already worked out for 30 minutes today. I think I am going to have a little more calories than I usually do, around 1550 or so instead of 1350 to keep my energy up. I might get another workout later but I'm not sure, I'm pretty sleepy.

No drop today, BOO! It actually went up 0.6, double BOO. I think it is just water retention, because we were running around so much yesterday and I didn't really drink enough water for as much as I sweated and was outside. I also had a late dinner that was pretty salty. I had a little headache this morning and that is a sign that I was dehydrated. I am sure it will go down soon, but it still is not cool. :/ I did good this weekend and I was hoping to be rewarded.
Not recording the temporary water gain, I am sure it will be gone by tomorrow.
I have a lot of cleaning to do today, OH JOY. I guess I will do a regular workout in the afternoon. I will update later. Bye bye!
Edit:Too much junk today..oh well it can be an up day.

Today was a good (but very busy!) day. I got to finally buy some new shorts that I desperately needed because my one pair was hanging off me.
I was so glad to finally find some. Last week we went to about 5 stores and I didn't find any I liked. I got a pair at American Eagle and a pair at JCpenny. They weren't cheap, but I like them a lot. I get tired of being cheap with myself all the time.
After we did grocery shopping and clothes shopping, we went to the beach and I got to wear my new swimsuit finally. It was very comfortable and I think it is the best fitting swimsuit I have ever had. I HIGHLY recommend Victoria's Secret swimwear. I hate swimsuits that don't have any support, or that make any fat you have squeeze out in all the wrong places.
Well, after that, Kaelyn and I packed a quick snack of fruit and celery and went to the park while my husband went bow fishing. I ran around the park with her instead of sitting on my butt. I ran up and down stairs, we played tag and raced, and I balanced on the balance beams and just followed Kaelyn around being a big goofball. :)
I wanted to get a workout in, and it was pretty fun.
She likes it when I am silly with her. For some reason I had a lot of energy today!
I hope to get in the 120's this week. It has been the same for a couple days.
I am trying to workout at least 5 times a week and squeeze activity in throughout the day to become less sedentary. I do sit a lot at the computer and watching TV or playing video games.
I have been trying to take activity breaks to do something that involves movement in between the times I am sitting.
I hope everyone had a good weekend! I will catch up on journals soon.
