I'm feeling so much more positive today. I did really good yesterday, and so far today, and I have worked out for 30 minutes yesterday and today. My weight has shifted back down almost to where it was(I haven't weighed in officially up or down, but it went up to 132 after a bad day and stayed at 130 for a couple days). I am going to try to get to 127 by the end of the week, and I would be perfectly happy with that.

I have really been worrying about maintenance the last week or so, and I think stressing out about it has really just psyched myself out, and I ended up gaining! I am just scared that I will get to my goal, and spend a lot on new clothes, then gain it back and not be able to wear them. I have been having nightmares about that very scenario. It's totally mad, but I have lost weight and gained it quite a few times, and I really want things to be different this time. I think I will have to continue to track everything, or at least estimate portions, and check in on what the actual calories are on a regular basis, in order to be sure i stay at my goal weight. I also really want to continue working out a reasonable amount, about 30 minutes most days, more if I feel like it.

I think a big problem in t he past has been being too strict while losing, then letting go of EVERYTHING after reaching the goal. I can't do that this time. Does anybody have any advice about how to cope with maintenance and live fairly normally? I would much appreciate it. I am turning into a fruitcake worrying over it(and I'm not even there yet!)
