Still doing great! Got a workout today! Watching what I am eating! Feeling so good! I even have a goal date! I want to lose as close to 40 lbs by May 14th! Is that even possible?! I hope so. But still looking forward to the long term goal!

Ate a bigger serving at dinner time. But I know I could have done worse, so keeping control. Workout tomorrow not today because I was whooped from yesterday! Doin good. I want the reward of a good figure in the long run. Long way to go. I have to work hard everyday from here on out if I want the rewards long-term. I believe that I will get there! I am already seeing changes! I want the ultimate prize - thinness.

Double-workout today! Boy was I weak and exausted when it was over! I had to do more because I didn't get to workout yesterday. Doing good! Feeiling good! I even felt a little thinner this morning! So nice. But still long way to go! And I am going!

Sup ya'll! No one ever reads this anyway so it's just for me. Feelin good! Worked out everyday this week! It is now Thursday! Did really good jogging today! Then I actually washed my car for once! Yay!!! So far today, 2 oranges and a bowl of cereal.
