It's never too late! And today is a good day to start! The sooner I start, the sooner I'll get where I want to be!

Hello! This is me! I took a picture of my fat self last night because I thought I should take a picture of what I saw in the mirror as I walked by it. I know I should not insult myself and be positive, but harsh truth is helpful too! I plan to get some exercise in today if I can get off this computer soon! (NOPE! Waited too long! No workout today!) This morning I was only going to have a carmel mocha, but got a chocolate donut also. Why?! I don't have much money most of the time, except for the money that the hubby gives me to buy groceries for dinners. So when it comes to healthy snacks etc, sometimes I just can't get them. But, I have bread, eggs, milk, and goldfish crackers! LOL! I did buy some mandarin oranges a while back, but I need money for some more. And it would be nice to get some apples, grapes, and yogurt too. I do have gogurts right now, so I can snack on those! The kids have their snacks so that'll have to do for me.

Walking with a friend a couple days a week! So, I am looking forward to positive coming along and making an effort to change daily!
