Honestly, the past couple of weeks have been really bad for me. Especially this last one. I have been an eating maniac. I don't know why I am eating so much after meals, but my mom said it is because my body is working more efficiently so I am burning more??? I haven't worked out or gone to the gym in the longest time, and I can't recall riding since Saturday. So why am I eating so much? Breakfast is still good; 1 packet of Quaker Lower Sugar Apples & Cinnamon oatmeal, 1 slice Natures Own 100% Whole Wheat Sugar Free Bread, 1/2-2/3 cup of cantaloupe, 1/4 cup Egg Beaters 99% egg whites, and 1/2 slice of Sargento Reduced Fat Deli Style Provolone Cheese. Then Lunch is like normal... usually a sandwich with 2 slices of my N.O. 100% W.W.S.F. bread, 3 or so slices of Hormel Cooked Deli Ham, 1 slice of S. R.F.D.S. Provolone [somedays without], 1 romaine leaf [for lettuce] and 1-2 tbsp mustard. I would have a bag of mixed vegetables [ranges from day to day], of either carrots, celery, and cucumber, or whatever is available that day. This is my lunch. When I come home from school though, my day goes down hill. My snacks are usually around 300-400 calories; shocking...the calories rack up there when you go back for more b/c you arent full. Then Dinner is the same. I always eat more afterwards because either I am hungry, or just bored. It's scaring me. I am not eating bad foods, its just that I eat so much, that the calories really rack up, and I am scared to death that I am going to turn into what I was before. Snack and Dinner are my failing points and I really need some motivation. If I keep up eating 2 apples A DAY!!!!!!! and even more...I know I will end up right back up on that scale.

today was not a good day. i ate so much. i had awkward cravings and i need help with my willpower and self control.i need to stop eating after i finish what is on my plate. please help ...

breakfast
-1 packet Quaker Lower Sugar Apples & Cinnamon Oatmeal
-3/4 cup diced cantaloupe
-1 slice Natures Own 100% Whole Wheat Sugar Free bread with 1/4 cup Egg Beaters and 1/2 slice Sargento Reduced Fat Provolone cheese

lunch
-2 slices Natures Own 100% Whole Wheat Sugar Free bread with 3 slices deli turkey, 2 small slices tomato, 2 spinach leaves
-1 cup Campbells Select Harvest Southwestern Style Vegetable Soup
-4 12" celery sticks
-1 Dannon Light & Fit Carb Control Creamy Vanilla yogurt
-1 med. apple

Dinner
-2 cups seafood pasta [whole wheat noodles,brocolli, shrimp, scallops, and baby bella mushrooms]
-2 cups of steamed Kale
-1 med. apple
-1/4 cup nonfat ricotta cheese
-1 cup cabbage
-1 medium [7"] carrot
-4 romaine leaves

EXTRA
-3/4 cup nonfat milk with 1 tsp Ghirardelli 100% cocoa [x2]
