I entried in the middle of the week after I hit 100lbs, so the week total lost is 2.8. So glad to see the scale moving again. I’ve also been battling a bug so my exercise has been mediocre. But keeping my eating in check is always helpful. 💪

And with this mornings weigh in, I am OFFICIALLY at 100lbs lost on this journey!!! 💪🙌🎉 I have never been so excited or more proud of myself!! 👏 I’ve worked hard, really hard, battled plateaus, and days I didn’t want to work out, meal prepping every week so I would make a good choice. And I did it! Not for anybody else...just for me! Now on to the second leg of this journey to get down to goal weight. 70 more to go and we are there! 👍🙌✊

Patience is the virtue that is the most difficult to sustain. However, I held steady to my Faith and knew to keep sticking to MY program and the scale would move again. 💪💪💪 2lbs from 100 and at this point, every pound I lose I am the smallest I have ever been in my adult life since having children. I am BEYOND proud of myself! ✊

Consistent..that’s all I’m trying to do...remain consistent, and it’s working! 💪💪 Finally under 275 and now time to kick it into high gear to get under 250 by April. I know I can because I believe I can! 🙌
