No excuse or long explanation. I binged...all weekend. Well, since Thursday really and I didn’t feel bad about it until last night 🤦♀️. They were all Low carb/sugar free items, but I could not put them down! I know why and today vowing to myself to stay the course and jump in it. I can’t keep that stuff in bulk in my house I now know though. 😩I plan to do some yard work after work today and then getting a 30min workout in because it’s been 3 months since consistently working out even with still losing. This simply cannot happen again!! I was 4lbs from being under 250 and have set myself back. Ughhhhhh. I’m not doing this back and forth nonsense again, especially so close to my year Fitverseray. I can do this!!! 💪💪💪

Birthday week, and I lose weight! 🙌 My sister made me a Keto cake, and I had seafood for dinner. Stayed the course, no over-doing it and I brought my protein popcorn to the movies to see Avengers. This was a good week! 💪💪

I did extremely well on vacation. I could not find fritters anywhere, so my cheat of choice was a Quesito (Puerto Rican donut) it was AMAZING! I did not gain weight the entire time as projected. But...Sunday Easter dinner (all Keto approved), I ate too much for sure! 🤷♀️🤦♀️😂🤣😂 Still resulted in a very minimal gain. Looking forward to lifting this week and back to the basics to lose another 20 or so by the summer solstice. Make it a great week folks. 💪

I’m not sure if I will have access to a scale tomorrow while here on vacation, so I am doing my official weigh in today. Down a smooth 4! 🙌💪 I plan to stay the course while on vaca and my book bag is full of Keto friendly snacks. I do plan to cheat once, and the first time since being on this journey for 10 months when we get to Puerto Rico...a conch fritter 😬🤷♀️😂 With all of the walking and activities we plan to do, I expect to come home at a minimum the same weight. 💪

FINALLY broke the 260’s. 💪🙌🙌Went to a Debutante Ball last night, and cocktail hour was all Keto friendly options. Dinner was a quarter chicken, mashed potatoes and veggies. Gave the potatoes to my son and he gave me his veggies...minus the carrots. I skipped their dessert of course. Working out has still be non-existAnt. But the weather finally is decent enough for me to get out walking again. Ready to start toning for sure.
