minggu menstruasi deres banget, cramp parah.. dan bloating parah juga tentunya.. BB nya kebaca naik, jadi 68kg. setelah mens selesai, semua kempes.. jadi 66.6kg 😆😆

• Malam: Nasi soto ayam, tempe goreng
