Awesome, here we go :) 172 days until Disney World. Back aching almost non-existent. Funny how much benefit can be had from increasing daily physical activity or adding exercise in....

Phew! Does metabolism every slow down as one gets older! Already seeing some muscle tone reappear from working out again. Just taking a little while to start burning off some of this excess weight. I will be patient though and persevere! It has worked before and I fully trust it will work again :)

So I see someone else doing a Florida countdown, an old "buddy", who's a long-timer her at Fatsecret like myself. Keep coming back cause it does work when followed diligently.

My parents are taking our family (myself, husband and 2 boys) to Disney World this summer. First time ever for my boys and I'm so excited for them! That's in 188 days. I'm not at all pleased at how out of shape I am (I know there's a LOT of walking involved with doing Disney Parks well). Nor do I care for how I would look in photographs to capture these precious upcoming memories.

Here we go again, back to drawing board. Good to see you again Fatsecret :)
