A loss is a loss.
I had a dentist appt and waited till2pm to eat.
I was starving hungry.
the bakery/cafe only had pies left so I bought one, and enjoyed it.
Back on Track now.
600g loss is ok.
I am happy that the weight keeps dropping...but still a long way to go!

I was very energetic today.
put my workout gear on, then some music. Did some dancing, with various exercise moves.
I did all the housework and the brushed the dogs.
Made some butter, and some buttermilk scones, ready for Sunday's Linen party.
I am really tired now, but feel happy that I have ieved so much.
Its not every day that I get a lot of exercise, but I believe that its essential to steady weight loss.
Weigh in tomorrow.. wish me luck.

Well here it is, Sunday afternoon....
I have been able to do a little walking, and gardening.
Still becoming tired rapidly.
A remnant of having shingles as well.

Had a very tiring day yesterday Monday....
even though I walked around the supermarket, I wish I had gone for a walk.
and to top it off I grabbed chocolate on the way out!
Part of me says go and rest , and the other side says get up and get moving...
Why am I doing this?
I can't rest on my laurels. ?..
I still have so much more to lose...come on , you must keep going!
Here's hoping today will be a bit better.
