So today I have a renewed mindframe about weight loss. I looked in the mirror today and instead of being depressed about what I saw, I saw myslef skinny. No i am not skiny now lol but i had this skirt/shirt on and pulled it down to hide my belly and i gues the patten flow ect really hit my stomach and from teh waist up it looked as if i was small. My husband was staring and I said wow i would look really good skinny. And he agreed and grudgingly told me that this morning he woke up and I was layingbelly down and he said i looked so small he was like what this isnt my wife, and said i looked reallly good. why is it so hard to stick to a diet? grrr. we will see how this goes.

ate too much today :(
Been wanting to run but havent been able to wake up early enough.
Texas heat + running outside = no beuno
It is 90 degrees by 9 am and doesn't hit below 80 till 5 am lol
I should just be working out inside- I really havent worked out beside swimming and b-ball for 3 weeks. wow.
I need to get back into a routine-it was just so borning and time consuming at least if im out with baby in the stroller he stays asleep. Guess I will just have to force myslef out of bed. I think it will get better once I dont have to work from 1-9pm then after dinner its 12:30 1 am before i "sleep" plus getting up with mini-me.
I wish everyone the best of luck. Keep going. I may be moving slowly but Im tracking and Im aware. I will loose this weight. I will.

Pros of loosing weight!
-better self esteem
-happier
-wont be depressed when looking in mirror
-feel better neaked
-seeing my husband's face when I do it
Wont have resentment twoards naturally skinny people(maybe)lol
-I will be that "skinny" girl
-Wont worry about eating in front of people
-Wont worry about people jusging me all the time.
-Will take more pictures
-Will feel acomplished
-Will be healthier
-Will be the first in my side of the family without diabetees
Cons of loosing weight
-Hard
-takes up time
-difficult to make healthy meals my husband eats
-say no to fastfood even when its before me
-cant enjoy eating or have the foods I love
-it might come back
