My dindin tonight, chicken breast grill bumbunya cuma garam sama black pepper. Tomatny juga d grill bekas ayam 🤭. About 270kkal. Without oil cz ayamnya uda ngeluarin minyak 😁

Seminggu kemarin uda mulai pemanasan buat workout yang serius minggu ini dengan workout indoor walking (really love it!). FYI uda off workout dari bulan desember 2020 (6 bulan.an)
Minggu ini jatahnya Emi Wong. Cukup 30 menit aja 😂.

Namanya anak kos, masak semua yg ada d kulkas campur2 😂. Tambah nasi putih 100gr sama telur dadar, kurang lebih 630kkal. Btw ini satu mangkok full 😁.
