Recap 1 month (trying to) life healthier:
1. First week workout via youtube di channel GrowwithJo buat pemanasan setelah 6 bulan off workout (I love her so much!)
2. Week 2, workout pake Emi Wong and buat aku so WO nya emi boring dan gerakannya itu2 aja ( sorry Emi stan! ) 🥲
3. Week 3, workout pake Sydney cummings and turn out I love her dan masi berlanjut sampe week 4 🥰.
4. Lebih sering makan di rumah masak sendiri daripada gofood/grab (saving extra money buat anak kos)
5. Cukup berhasil ngurangin minuman manis, yg tadinya tiap hari banget.. skrg seminggu 1-2x aja.
6. Workout 3-5x seminggu
7. Makan di 1300-1500kal
8. Lose 2,3kg and happier me 😇😍
