Glad to be back on track and happy to read everyone’s healthy journeys. I’ve not recorded my weight and meals in almost 2 years but am recommitting to start again and make progress. It’s been tough staying away from sugar and carbs. I also need to add more water to my daily routine too.

I had stopped weighing in and went totally carb crazy for a few months. My weight shot up to 238.9 and I stopped exercising because I was not engaging with what I needed to do. I am working my way back slowly and will begin an exercise program. I have given up most carbs and sugar over the last 3 weeks and have seen an 8 pound weight loss. It’s not noticeable yet but I feel the difference in a few pairs of pants. I missed being here and am heartened by the hard work going on.

I have been on a super long plateau and can’t seem to move the needle. I know it’s because when I see a drop in weight I let go a little and eat more carbs. I have to reset my thinking and actions but it has not been easy. So I am going to try my best to stay on course.
